HT-FOG-LP Fiber-Opitic Compass is comprised by navigation computer circuit, I/F conversion circuit, DC power supply, fiber-opitic gyroscope, quartzose flexible accelerometer, system software and structure parts.

2   Physical features

The size and dimension of HT-FOG-LP Fiber-Opitic Compass are at Appendix A. The overall weight of the system is less than 6kg.

4  Communication Interface 

4.1  Hardware Interface 

Fiber-Opitic Compass has three connectors, refer to Appendix B for definitions of the nodes and model of electric connectors.

4.2  Software interface

a)GPFPD sentences are transmitted through the monitoring interface at 9600bps bound rate and 10Hz,refer to instruction set of fiber-potical compass for details of the formats；

b)RS-422 with 8 optional protocols: GTIMU、GPFPD、IMU-RAW-B、TOKIMEC PTVF、OCTANS STD1、HDMS THOMSON、STOLT OFF SHORE、Heave PostProcessed，refer to instruction set of fiber-potical compass for the format of the protocols.
